# LaunchPass
### A New LaunchPad Model
Unlike other LaunchPads that require a platform token to gain presale access, LaunchPass aligns the incentives of the team with those of the investor; to continuously increase the price of each token launched.

Only one LaunchPass can be purchased per wallet. The LaunchPass cannot be transferred to another wallet.

### Guaranteed Access to Presales
The LaunchPass gives your wallet guaranteed access to all token presales until your wallet reaches the [Profit Cap](#profit-cap) (described below). The Level of your LaunchPass determines the presale round you'll have initial access to. For simplicity, a Level 1 Pass will gain access to presale round 1 and all subsequent rounds, a Level 2 Pass will gain access to presale round 2 and all subsequent rounds and so on. Once all presale rounds are completed, the token will become available to the public.

### Token Distribution
Tokens purchased during the presale event are instantly added to your LaunchPass wallet and are available to sell at any time after public launch.

There is no lock-up or vesting period for presale tokens.

### Return on Investment
LaunchPass members can earn up to a 1500% return on the LaunchPass purchase price from presale Token Profits. The FanzUp contract keeps track of how much each LaunchPass member spends during a token presale and calculates the profit from tokens sold, transferred or held by the wallet.
### Profit Cap
Holders of a LaunchPass can participate in an unlimited number of presales until their cumulative presale token profits reach a Profit Cap.

Once the Profit Cap is reached, a new LaunchPass may be purchased to renew access to the LaunchPad token presales.
### Profit Calculation
The Profit at any given time is the sum of all presale Token Profits:
**Profit = Token “A” Profit + Token “B” Profit + Token “C” Profit…**
**Token Profit = ((Sold x Sell Price) + (Held x Token Price)) - Token Cost**
* **Sold** = Cumulative presale tokens sold
* **Sell Price** = Market price (USDC) at the time a presale token is sold
* **Held** = Presale tokens remaining in the wallet or transferred to another wallet
* **Token Price** = Market price (USDC) of a single token at any given time
* **Token Cost** = Total USDC value of tokens purchased during the presale event
### Purchase Cap
For each presale, the FanzUp team will publish wallet Purchase Caps on FanzUp.com. The wallet Purchase Cap is the maximum USDC token value a LaunchPass holder can purchase throughout eligible presale rounds. Pass Level 1 members will have the highest USDC Purchase Cap (between 10-25% of the LaunchPass value) and Pass Level 7 members will have the lowest USDC Purchase Cap (between 85-100% of the LaunchPass value).

For example, a Level 7 LaunchPass (100,000 USDC) will have a presale Purchase Cap between 10,000-25,000 USDC.

Purchase Caps are calculated and published on the FanzUp website before each presale and are optimized to provide the highest ROI% for LaunchPass holders.
### Leveling Up
The Level of a LaunchPass can be increased at any time by adding the USDC price difference (higher Level price – current Level price) to their existing LaunchPass through the Dapp. Benefits of the higher Level will take effect immediately. The Profit Cap of the LaunchPass will increase, however, the wallet Profit at the time of leveling up will carry forward.
### Increasing Profit Cap
The Profit Cap of a LaunchPass can be increased (extended) by purchasing an additional LaunchPass at the same Level. The Level of the LaunchPass will not increase and the wallet Profit at the time of leveling up will carry forward.
### 20% Token Bonus
When a LaunchPass is purchased, leveled up or extended (profit cap increased), 20% of the proceeds are given back to the purchaser in the form of a Token Credit. The Token Credit can be claimed at any time through the [LaunchPass dashboard](https://www.fanzup.com/launchpass) by clicking the "Claim" button. The Token Credit can only be used to claim publicly available tokens. The Token Credit cannot be used during presale events.
### Price Guarantee
If the price of a presale token drops below the public launch price within 7 days of the public launch, a LaunchPass wallet will be eligible for a full refund equal to the purchase price of the presale tokens. To be eligible for a refund, no presale tokens can be sold.
